With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse / Yardman to support our operations.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, ensuring our warehouse and yard are well maintained, organised, and operating efficiently to support our installers, fabricators, and sales team.
About the Role
As our Warehouse / Yardman, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the yard and warehouse, managing materials, and supporting the broader team with day-to-day operational needs. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys physical tasks, and thrives in a team environment.Â
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and yard
- Receive, unload, and store deliveries of materials and equipment
- Prepare and pack materials for upcoming jobs and installations
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Load and unload vehicles for installers and site teams
- General yard duties including waste management and upkeep
- Assist fabricators and installers with ad hoc operational support
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are accounted for and maintained
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or labouring role (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- Driver’s licence (essential)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to support others

Sales Representatives / Consultants (Sales)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. This role is about more than closing deals; it’s about guiding homeowners through one of the most important upgrades to their home and delivering a premium planning experience from first enquiry to signed contract.
You’ll work with qualified leads, conduct on-site consultations, understand each client’s vision, and recommend solutions that genuinely suit their space and lifestyle. From concept to contract, you’ll own the sales journey with professionalism and confidence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Converting qualified sales leads into completed projects
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable outdoor solutions
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract
- Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
About You
- Proven sales experience (patios or construction experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Patio Installers
Location: Perth WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $45 – $60 per hour, with strong earning potential for experienced installers (see Benefits below)
We’re expanding our installation team and looking for experienced patio installers who take pride in their work and do the job properly, every time.
At Advanced Patios, we’ve been building custom patios, decks, and outdoor structures across WA since 2008. Demand is strong, projects are consistent, and we’re booked well ahead, which means stability for our installers.
You won’t be chasing leads or sorting your own council paperwork. And because every project is based right here in Perth, you’re home every night. No FIFO swings, no camp food, no living out of a bag. Just solid, consistent work close to home.
About the Role
The Patio Installer Offsider will assist the lead patio installer with the installation of patios, outdoor structures, and associated building works.
You will be expected to actively contribute on site, prepare materials and equipment, assist with construction and installation activities, maintain a safe and organised worksite, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to Advanced Patios’ quality standards.
The position involves physical outdoor work and requires someone who is dependable, practical, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a small installation team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing patios, decks and outdoor structures to Advanced Patios’ quality standard
- Working from finalised plans and specifications, with materials organised ahead of time
- Working alongside your dedicated offsider to keep the job moving
- Looking after tools, safety and site presentation on every job
- Representing Advanced Patios with the same pride we put into every build
What We’re Looking For
- Has previous construction, roofing, carpentry, patio installation or general trade experience.
- Is physically fit and capable of undertaking manual outdoor work.
- Is reliable and arrives at work and installation sites on time.
- Takes pride in their workmanship.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Can follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Has a practical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Understands the importance of working safely.
- Is comfortable working at heights when appropriately trained and equipped.
- Can work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Has a professional attitude when working at customers’ homes.
- Is willing to learn patio installation techniques and develop within the business.

*Earning potential depends on experience, output and agreed arrangements. Bonus eligibility and employment conditions apply and will be discussed during the application process.
