Sales Representatives / Consultants (Sales)

About the Role
Advanced Patios is one of WA’s most trusted outdoor living specialists, delivering patios, decking, gates, and complete outdoor solutions built for better living.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. This role is about more than closing deals; it’s about guiding homeowners through one of the most important upgrades to their home and delivering a premium planning experience from first enquiry to signed contract.
You’ll work with qualified leads, conduct on-site consultations, understand each client’s vision, and recommend solutions that genuinely suit their space and lifestyle. From concept to contract, you’ll own the sales journey with professionalism and confidence.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Converting qualified sales leads into completed projects
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable outdoor solutions
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to signed contract
- Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
About You
- Proven sales experience (patios or construction experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM and sales systems
- Self-motivated, organised, and outcome-driven
- Patio installers ready to move off the tools and into a client-facing role are encouraged to apply

Patio Installers
Location: Perth WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $45 – $60 per hour
We’re expanding our installation team and are looking for experienced patio installers who take pride in their work.
At Advanced Patios, we’ve been building custom patios, decks, and outdoor structures across WA since 2008. Demand is strong, projects are consistent, and we’re booked well ahead, which means stability for our installers.
You’ll work on quality projects, with proper planning, materials ready, and a team behind you. No chasing clients. No last-minute chaos. Just well-run jobs from start to finish. We also welcome applications from Australia and New Zealand for those ready to relocate to Perth. We’ll support your move and help you settle into one of Australia’s fastest-growing cities.
