How do we communicate?
Our office and sales staff are available to communicate with you. Our owner, Dave is always available to address any request.
Do you sub-contract?
Our dedicated team consists of employees and subcontractors.
How long is the design phase?
Our sales consultants are designing the project in the presence of the customer before they submit a quote. There are always extraordinary cases where the design is discussed in-house first for the approval of the customer. This is normally done within a few days.
Is there a revision process?
Yes, we provide customers with the final design details before we submit it for Shire approval.
How often do we meet?
We have no limit to this and can meet as and when the customer requires.
Can I join the design job?
Yes, we prefer that to ensure that we meet all the customer expectations.
How long does the build take?
It obviously depends on the style of the product. In general, we complete approximately 30 square meters of roof per day.
Is insurance included?
Yes, we have our own public liability insurance in place for every project.
Do you use renewable resources?
No, we don’t use renewable resources.
Do we have to vacate the space?
Yes, the construction site is established where the product is installed.
