Finance Accounts Officer
Location: Kelmscott, Perth WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
The Finance Accounts Officer plays a critical role in keeping Advanced Patios running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is responsible for managing financial administration, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, reporting, and day-to-day operational finance support. You’ll ensure cash flow is accurate, payroll runs on time, reporting is reliable, and finance processes are structured and consistent.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support decision-making and business performance, providing confidence that the financial engine of Advanced Patios is accurate, controlled, and well supported.
This role suits someone who values structure, accuracy, and ownership and who enjoys being a key part of a growing business.

Patio Installers
Location: Perth WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $45 – $60 per hour
We’re expanding our installation team and are looking for experienced patio installers who take pride in their work.
At Advanced Patios, we’ve been building custom patios, decks, and outdoor structures across WA since 2008. Demand is strong, projects are consistent, and we’re booked well ahead, which means stability for our installers.
You’ll work on quality projects, with proper planning, materials ready, and a team behind you. No chasing clients. No last-minute chaos. Just well-run jobs from start to finish. We also welcome applications from Australia and New Zealand for those ready to relocate to Perth. We’ll support your move and help you settle into one of Australia’s fastest-growing cities.
