1. Promotion Details
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Advanced Patios Pty Ltd, ABN 83 129 232 382, of 39 Gillam Dr, Kelmscott WA 6111 (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 The Promotion is known as “The Patio Party”.
1.3 Any questions about this Promotion can be directed to the Promoter using the contact details set out at the end of this document.

2. Promotional Period
2.1 Entries open at 12:01am (AWST) on 17 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm (AWST) on 20 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Employees (and immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter, Nova 93.7, and any agency associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Entry is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
3.4 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.advancedpatios.com.au/winapatio and: (a) complete the entry form with their name, email, mobile number and suburb; (b) indicate how they heard about the Promotion; (c) submit a written response, of no more than [150] words, explaining why they want their dream patio (for example, a lifestyle change, an upcoming event, or a growing family); and (d) optionally upload a photo of the outdoor space they would like to transform.
4.2 Incomplete entries, or entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions, may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
4.3 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failure of the entrant's device or the landing page.

5. Selection of Finalists and Winner
5.1 This Promotion is a game of skill. The winner is chosen by judging, not by chance.
5.2 A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review all valid entries received during the Promotional Period and select up to 5 finalists to progress to a final round, based on: originality and sincerity of the response; relevance to the entrant's outdoor living needs; and, where provided, the suitability of the space shown in the photo.
5.3 The winner will be selected from the 5 finalists by the judging panel, assessed against the following weighted criteria: (a) story and motivation (35%) – how genuine, specific and personal the entrant's reason for wanting a patio is; (b) lifestyle impact (25%) – the extent to which a patio would improve the way the entrant and their household live, entertain or spend time together; (c) site suitability (25%) – how ready and practical the entrant's space is for a patio build, based on the photo provided; and (d) originality (15%) – how distinct the entry is from the other finalists.
5.4 The winner will be the finalist who receives the highest score against the criteria in clause 5.3, as determined by the judging panel. The judging panel's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.5 The final decision will take place on or about 23 September 2026, at 39 Gillam Dr, Kelmscott WA 6111.

6. Notification of Winner
6.1 The winner will be notified by phone or email, using the details provided at entry, within [2] business days of judging.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within [5] business days, or does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible finalists.
6.3 The winner's first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels.

7. The Prize
7.1 The prize is a credit of $15,000 (including GST) towards the design and construction of a custom patio by Advanced Patios (“Prize”), to be redeemed at the winner's principal place of residence within the Advanced Patios service area in Western Australia.
7.2 The Prize includes design consultation, standard engineering, standard council approval processes (where required), and standard installation, up to the value of $15,000.
7.3 Any costs above $15,000, including but not limited to site works, upgraded materials, additional structures, or costs arising from unforeseen site conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.
7.4 The Prize is subject to a site assessment. If the winner's property is not suitable for a patio build, the Promoter will work with the winner to agree a reasonable alternative outdoor living solution of equivalent value, at the Promoter's reasonable discretion.
7.5 The Prize must be redeemed within [12] months of the winner being notified. The timing of design, council approval and construction will depend on individual project requirements and may vary.
7.6 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
7.7 Total prize pool value: $15,000 (including GST).

8. Use of Entries
8.1 By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their entry, including any written response and photos submitted, along with their name and suburb, in the Promoter's marketing and promotional material across any media, including social media, the Promoter's website, and print, for a period of [24] months from the end of the Promotional Period.
8.2 Entrants confirm that any photo submitted is their own, does not include any other identifiable person without that person's consent, and does not infringe any third party's rights.

9. Privacy
9.1 The Promoter collects personal information, including how entrants heard about the Promotion, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and, where an entrant has opted in, for direct marketing purposes.
9.2 Personal information is collected, used, held and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Advanced Patios Privacy Policy, available at https://www.advancedpatios.com.au/term-conditions/
9.3 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Platform Disclaimer
10.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or Google. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to these platforms.

11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel, suspend or postpone the Promotion, where necessitated by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
11.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, or personal injury, however arising, in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.5 This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) and the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 (WA).
11.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
